Land O Lakes® and PFG


Believe it or not, Philly is known for a few things other than their famous cheesesteaks, and soft pretzels is one of them! It’s not uncommon to grab a coffee and pretzel in the morning or for a quick lunch on-the-go. I’ve partnered with Land O’Lakes and The Feed Feed to combine two Philly-staples, pretzels and pizza, to make PFG Pizza Pretzels. Land O Lakes®️ Deli American melts perfectly for this and creates a creamy and even layer of goodness for you to dive into!

First thing first, REAL Philly pretzels come in a paper bag. Never plastic (which creates condensation). Grab yourself one pretzel per person. Since I’m cooking for just Nate and me, I grabbed two. Here’s what you’ll need:

1 soft pretzel per person 1-2 slices of Land O Lakes®️ Deli American per pretzel tomato sauce for topping pepperoni for topping fresh basil

Cut them in half length-wise.

Arrange the pretzels flat on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil, for easy cleanup.

Use your favorite tomato sauce (or gravy, as we like to call it in Philly), and spread a thin layer on top.

Lay slices of Land O Lakes®️ Deli American on top of the pretzels.

Top with pepperoni, other toppings, or leave plain.

Place pretzels under the broiler and let cook until Deli American is bubbly.

Top with fresh basil while still warm.

Serve with a side of extra tomato sauce for dipping!
