Marzetti®️ TastefullyDressed™ Greek-ish Salad

NEW SALAD ALERT! We have a salad almost every night with dinner, and I am always on the hunt for good dressings that aren’t loaded with preservatives. Marzetti® TastefullyDressed™ comes wrapped in a UV-Blocking label and each bottle contains REAL, vibrant ingredients. I made a Greek-ish Salad w/ orzo, kalamata olives, feta, pepperoncini, tomato, and Marzetti® Tastefully Dressed™ Asiago Caesar with Black Garlic marinated grilled chicken! My family DEVOURED this! There are eight incredibly unique and delicious Tastefully Dressed™ flavor such as Blackberry Poppy Seed, Honeycrisp Apple, and Buttermilk Romano Ranch. Available locally at Walmart, Giant Eagle and select retailers nationwide. To find one nearest you, please visit: https://bit.ly/3m9mKg8 #AD

RECIPE:

1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped

1 medium tomato, sliced

1/4 cup kalamata olives

1/4 cup cooked orzo

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 lemon- juice and zest

2 chicken breasts

2 tbs + more for lettuce Marzetti® Tastefully Dressed™ Asiago Caesar with Black Garlic Dressing

In a small bowl, marinate chicken with 2 tbs Marzetti® Tastefully Dressed™ Asiago Caesar with Black Garlic Dressing for 5 min or overnight. Grill the chicken until cooked through (about 3 min on each side, depending on the thickness of the chicken). Let chicken cool 5 min and cut into strips.

Cook the orzo until al dente according to package directions. Drain and squeeze the juice from 1/2 lemon on top, stir.

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomato, olive, orzo, and feta cheese with about 3 tbs of Marzetti® Tastefully Dressed™ Asiago Caesar with Black Garlic Dressing. Add more or less dressing according to your taste.

Arrange the vegetables on a large platter and top with the slices of chicken. Top with the zest from 1 lemon (this really brings everything together!). Serve family style and ENJOY!
